This is a vintage plastic toy soldiers set called Paratrooper 4-Star General Insignia set, mint on card, old store stock, from Hong Kong. Set comes with 2 sets of 4 Stars insignia, paratrooper wings insignia, and adjustable ring (West Point?). Includes metal safety clasps. Packaging may have some minor age wear, contents in good condition. Probably from the 1970's. Really be in command of your Plastic Soldier armies!
