This is a soft vinyl plastic foldable playmat from Marx Toys. Believe these were issued with the 1990's Captain Blood Pirate playsets. Measures 30" long and 24" wide. Depicts ocean and island, treasure chest, etc. Shipped folded. You could put several together to make a larger layout!
